Prepare Your Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
